i had two of my close girlfriends get pay cuts this week. same company. it really pisses me off. one demotion and two pay cuts. talk about losing moral on the management team. one of my friends, this job was her passion. i believe part of this, is b/c she became a mother recently. I'm being serious when i say this too. she is not giving ALL her time to them now and they are pissed b/c she is a mother now. makes me want to boycott.
