How can we help?
I've been crying the past three mornings. As I watch the news about the hurricane disaster areas and see the people it's hurt. I watched the looters loot and the rescue helicopters saving lives. I saw the coffins above ground and the people canoeing from home to home in search of their friends and family. Our friend in Houston had 11 new kids in her class yesterday, and more are expected. The Astro Dome is going to be the new home to a lot of families. It's not just New Orleans, it's Mississippi and Alabama too. I sit and cry. It's not even 8 am and i'm a bawl bag trying not to mess up my makeup. How can we help? We can donate money, food, our time. I would love to help in some way, but not sure how to go about it. Not sure the best way for the people to get it. I've been praying and praying but now it's time for some other form, some cash i'm guessing, that is what tithe is for. Please, everyone try to give a lil bit, something to help these people, the familes, the elderly out. They need everyone's support. Give what you can, even if it is just your prayers and well wishes.

$$$2 F*cking 96!

I REFUSE TO PAY THAT FOR GAS! These assholes are going to keep raising and raising, and then, when we reach out wits end they will lower them to 2.50 or some shit and then we'll think, WHEW! That's cheap, b/c we've been paying over 3 bucks for so long! Well they are brainwashing us. 2 bucks for gas is NOT cheap! 1.50 for gas is NOT cheap! But if they keep raising prices they will make us believe that those prices are okay! If they, the government, could control the weather, I would say they INTENTIONALLY made Hurrican Katrina so they could raise the prices again! I bet they do control the weather. Have you guys seen the Shiek standing in front of his new Audi? Well, it's silver, not the paint is silver, the FUCKING CAR IS MADE OUT OF SILVER. THE WHOLE THING. I saw that and if it were possible to reach through an email and KICKCHOP the shieks neck off i would! In the past three day the gas prices have been raised several times! The first night I heard it, the gas was 2.59 down the street. The next MORNING it was 2.69, on the way home for lunch it was 2.79! The next day it was 2.85 and today on the way to lunch it was two mother fucking dollars and ninety fucking six cents!!!!!!!! This holiday weekend would be a great time to get away and go travel, but i refuse to buy any more gas right now than absolutely needed. My salute to all the oil companies right now....SCREW YOU! You greedy fuckers!

Hello, my name is Simon, and I like to draw drawings. My first week of school is officially OVER! WOOT! Monday I did about 4 U-turns trying to find the right area to park. Thank goodness I left early or I would have been late to my first day of class! Our teacher is a goofball, mid 30's say's dumb jokes, and when no one laughs he laughs to himself. Anyway, yesterday he put objects on the table that was draped by a sheet. The included a mirrored box, cow skull, orange rubber ball, tea kettle, pitcher, fire extinguisher, salt shaker, and a hexagon block thing. Anyway, the teach just said to start drawing. I was like, HOLY CRAP, I CAME HERE TO LEARN!!!! He said it's to see where we are starting from. Well I'm starting from 1st grade. I have NO skills as a drawer, and the best thing is that next week we're going to hang them all up and people are going to look at them!!!! AAAUUUGGGGHHHH!!! Talk about being embarrassment waiting to happen! Everyone in there is young too, but I expected that. Two classes down and 28 to go! Weird thinking I only have 30 classes total.

rock star weekend

Well starting off Friday night, we went to our friend Sarah's house for beers and burgers. I had a burger and about 5 Tecates. I got wasted there, we left, went home, and I decided it would be a great idea to go see Jamie b/c she is throwing a co-worker a bachelorette party. She has beer, champagne, and frozen cosmopolitans. The cosmos are so great, you buy them at Target and buy the vodka and then mix them and freeze it, so simple and yummy. Well i got there around 11:30ish and had a frozen cosmo, and some smokes on the front porch with the rest of the girls. We release the baloons and then i pass out on the front porch w/ Jamie's lil sis JoJo, who is not so little anymore, she is beautiful. Gorgeous! Jamie comes outside and tell us to get our asses up and to go inside. So I wake up around 4:30 spooning JoJo on the love seat and ottoman. I get my keys and leave, on the way I text Ben and tell him I fell asleep and that I'm on my way to the hizzle. Saturday I woke up, hung over, but not as bad as I thought it would be. I didn't have a lot to do, so I slept in a bit w/ the boys, Beemer and Bentley. Went to the mall to get James her bday present, I actually ate slice of cheese pizza by myself at the mall b/c I was STARVING!!!!!! I come home, Nicci calls, she picks me up and I go back up to the mall to go shopping with her. She is pokey. It was okay though b/c I was hung over. Um, long story getting shorter. We made MAC appointments for that night, so we could be ROCK STARS!!! Jamie made one too. We met at Jamie's, went to LiT, Venu for a brief second, then to the newby, PURE. I really liked it! It's all white, all open, great dance music too. Plus we were with our friends. Benji met us out too along with Shelby. I would post pics in the blogs but i can NEVER get it to work. So the night ends, I go home and ben just sat down w/ a plate full of PIZZA ROLLS!!!!! He thought I would be out later and that he would eat them all by himself!!! Sunday was confusion. Ben and I were going to go see Stevie "Guitar" Miller. He started feeling bad Sat. Nicci got screwed by her friends that were getting her in for free. So my plan was to call Nicci and ask her to take Ben's place. At first she wasnt' too excited about it. Then I told her it was free and she immediately said yes. Which I was so glad. More things happend Sunday, like the dogs tricked us into going mudding, and I had on white shorts, and ben took his shirt off to wrap around muddy paws and it was funny seeing him drive bare chested, and to see me all muddy b/c two puppies went and had mud treatments at the vacant lot. Anyways, the concert was great! Scott met us and I got to re-meet his friend Amanda, they sat with us and drank with us and got rained on with us. It was spectacular. Yesterday was my FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL. This may not be a big deal to some, but for me it is. I'm really excited to start learning and start challenging my brain and my artistic side.

Yesterday, my brother matt asked Ben and I to come over for dinner. We said yes b/c it's free and angel is a good cook and b/c gma and gmpa would be there too. We pull into the driveway and all the kids come jetting out, connor is wearing a Napoleon Dynomite dance t-shirt and Kenzie screams, "HOOLLLLLLLAAA!!!". No lie, it was so great. She's the one that wants to be a rock star, she told me last night she likes music class better than gym class.

bens birthday bash
Current mood:Fantastic!
For everyone out there that knows my Benny boy, he is turning 28 on the 31st and I'm throwing him a BIG BIRTHDAY BASH!!! I'm calling it that anyways. Really it's just our families and our friends getting together to eat, drink, be merry, and to give Ben a hard time. I love giving him a hard time, but I love it even more when Matt and Kyle give him a hard time b/c he's so good about it. He lets Matt beat him up, well I say "lets", but really he has no choice. He lets the kids climb over him and get him sticky faced w/ nasty wet kisses filled w/ whatever remnants of food/candy on their faces. He talks to my mom and dad like his own parents and enjoys talking to my grandma and grandpa, but who doesn't enjoy their company! He'll fall asleep on the couch at my moms house after dinner. I love that, it makes me feel like he's comfortable with my crazy family. My mom takes his side too, which really pisses me off. I love it best when we leave our families, mine or his, and on the car ride home we start making fun of everyone and ask why THEY are all so freaking weird. I know that we are weird and not normal, but our families are WEIRD!! Seriously. If there were one word to describe him, mabye two, it would be spousal abuse. LOL. LOVE YOU BENNY! (my front shoulder still hurts from last night!)

HOLY CRAP!
Current mood:mixed emotions, but all good!

I'm getting scared, nervous, excited. I looked at the calender and SCHOOL starts MONDAY!!! Less than a week away, and I'm going to be the old married lady in class. Old and married. The girls and I are getting dressed up and our makeup done saturday night at the RebelRock event at the MAC counter, so we will be rock stars pretty much. I love rock stars. Which makes me think of INXS reality show Jamie got me hooked on about two weeks ago. Hooker! Like I need more shows to watch. Even though this one is actually filled w/ talent. I love JD and MiG and Jordis, oh, and Marty! Went walking last night w/Jjamie and Sami along w/ Bentley and Beemer. We went to her hood and walked up shartel over to western and back down. The pups were quite worn out along w/ the rock star parents. Jamie wants to start singing again so we need to find a rockin karaoke bar or something, so if anyone knows of a place holla! LOL...i love it when white girls yell that.

surgery
Current mood: scared
So this past year my dad has had some terrible health issues arise. In Febuary he had a heart attack, before that though he was having issues w/ his breathing and some chest pains. Anyway, luckily he was at his doctors office when the heart attack occured. Ever since then he's been in and out of the hospital doing tests and this and that. This afternoon he had surgery to implant a difibulator. Just before surgery they checked his EKG (??) and decided to go ahead and put in the pacemaker too. I think my dad is falling apart. He keeps having things go wrong and he's not even that oldSay a prayer please.

Cottonmouth
Current mood: satisfied
I woke up w/ cottonmouth. I drank a 1/2 bottle of Pinot with my best girlfriend then washed that down with a Bacardi Vanilla and DP. MMM. She went to the bar with her roomy after he got off work and I went home. All my babies were on the couch when I got home. It made me smile and be thankful that I have such a wonderful life. Then I passed out. Luckily Ben brought some water to bed b/c around 3am I woke up parched and my body was begging me to put some H2O in it so it can run the right way. Beemer kept kicking me and Bentley kept cuddling me so I couldn't get mad I just didn't get comfortable. I hate leaving for work and Ben and the boys are still asleep in bed. I'm so jealous. I need to retire soon so I can stay home and sleep in with my babies.
